They’re known for offering well over 90 different dosa varieties, and that’s exactly what made me curious in the first place. Think beyond the classic masala dosa — there are fusion creations like Zini dosa, cheese burst pizza dosa, Matka dosa, and even sweet Nutella chocolate dosa that actually tastes amazing if you’ve got a sweet‑tooth.  I started with a Zini dosa — crispy, a little cheesy, packed with spicy veggies — and the chutneys they brought out were super fresh and tangy. A few bites in, I remember thinking, wow, this is something different from your usual South Indian place.  The service was friendly and quick — the staff are happy to explain the menu and even suggest favorite dosas if you’re unsure what to order. That’s helpful when everything sounds good!
