Gaming Sanctuary Video Game Collection (Outdated)

Original Air Date: March 11th, 2009 A general GS video game collection video...and a very old one at that! GS has grown so much over the years, and so have the individuals who run the channel. Even so, gaming remains a huge passion of ours and while we cannot fulfill every request or make good on every promise, we continue to game because gaming is a major cornerstone of our lives. The entire package of gaming still brings us wonder to this day. Stories written or conceptualized by indie creators or big companies, music put out by independent artists and others, graphic designing, user interfaces...so much more --- people work to bring their ideas to life. Good or bad, for better or worse, for free (if just the idea getting out there brings satisfaction) or for profit. Even when games had very limited storage and "full-blown stories" were a trade-off that meant a game was made shorter or what have you, we grew up and used our imaginations when screens of text were barely a thing. It's funny to think now that 1000s of the games that shaped our childhoods, whether you had something like a Sega Master System, or an NES, or something newer, like an SNES.......they can fit on a single flash drive, LOL. That said, because of the storage limitations of the past, people found ingenious and inventive ways to tell their stories or to push their gameplay ideas or, to put it simply, entertain us. When I look at collection videos like this, I am reminded of all of those things. Note: Slightly outdated. Regarding selling/trading questions, we currently don't have any plans of doing so, but this is because we have several copies for scanning purposes (different regions, serial codes, etc.) and a back-up or two of some of our favorites.
