Am S-Bahnhaltepunkt Angermund kamen Züge des RRX, ICE, S-Bahn Rhein-Ruhr (BR422 Doppeltraktion), Dostos sowie FlixTrain durch. Eine weitere Besonderheit war auch der Ersatzzug, der in Fahrtrichtung Düsseldorf unterwegs war, der aus n-Wagen und einer Lok bestand.
