It would be really appreciated. - Thank you. Description ‘‘Lochlea”, composed and arranged by Ian Macpherson, was inspired by the Scottish poet Robert Burns and the farm in which he lived from 1777. This stylish composition places the Pipes into the traditional and more contemporary arena in a refreshing arrangement of a new but somehow familiar melody. Dramatically scored, Ian explores the rich palate of sounds available from the modern Concert Band and effortlessly combines the Pipes and Band to create a work suitable for audiences of all ages. A must for indoor and outdoor performances.
