Iztaccíhuatl 5320 msnm, is the 3rd highest mountain in México, by its structural and geographic form it is called "La mujer dormida"- The sleeping beauty, and it's commonly considered as the most beautiful mountain in all México. Located in the Izta-Popocatépetl national park, the combination of the two majestic mountain make up a phenomenal sight in this planet. For all mountain climbers in North America, it's one of the toughest target for accomplishment, which calls for incomparable physical condition, great acclimatization and a very determined will. In this may of 2024, with the strong and experienced support of two great guides - Tanya Mónica and Aarón Covarrubias, We made it to the final top of the mountain, it was a magical "once in a life time" experience which I will cherish for the rest of my life.
