3-2 STAR COIN WALKTHROUGH Star Coin 1 - A little ways into the level you will come across 3 slanted pipes, red/yellow/red, and a short gap with another red slanted pipe. Out of the gap will emerge a few Cheep-Cheeps, followed by your first star coin Star Coin 2 - When you come to an area with 2 giant puffers with a small platform between them, swim under the platform to find a secret area with a P block. Hitting the P block will cause coins to drop from above, along with a star coin. Star Coin 3 - Near the end of the level you will pass several giant Puffers. One Puffer will be floating above a pipe, take the pipe down to find the last star coin. A puffer will be in your way, so either use a Starman, or have a Fire Flower so you can take damage and pass through and then back up.
