Different Models in the Eukaryotic System for the Process of Primer Removal | Molecular Biology

The Eukaryotic system has DNA polymerase, which does not has the 5' to 3' exonuclease activity. Because of the lack of this activity, the process of primer removal is not possible. Hence, we require different models for the process of primer removal. The two different proposed models for primer removal are, RNase H model, and Flap model.
