It's Josh here, so today I wanted to partially redo the construct on how I originally made the other subliminal in the first place. ☺️ I didn't change any of the recorded affirmations but I did decide to go with silent affirmations instead as I feel they are so much more effective + they are so much easier to make lol. Plus I reduced the amount of times I layered/sped up the subliminal as I was intuitively told that it was WAAYYY too much which resulted in lowering the effectiveness of the subliminal. Also wanted to mess around with After Effects a bit just because I've had this program for like 4 years and never bothered to use it once besides some green screening lmao. So expect some of these videos to have different effects just because I like messing with video editing stuffz 😛 Anyways I'm going to be pumping out a lot more subliminals/reiki /healing/tarot/whatever other personal development stuff I decide to eventually put here on this channel (but probably another one) over the next couple of months.
