Struggled with random wobbling and flip outs for a while now which has been getting progressively worse over the last few months. Luckily I had 2 builds and have been flying the analog F405 V3 recently while the HDZeroF405 V4 has been on the fritz. In my efforts to resolve the issue I have tried: Resetting FC to factory defaults Upgrading to latest Betaflight version Changing between 24KHz and 48KHz PWM Frequency Flashing the latest version of Bluejay Replacing motors Swapping to a completely new flight stack (but using the same capacitor) Trying different props Completely rebuilding the quad multiple times, each time trying to reduce any possible loose components, thinking it may be a gyro issue caused by vibrations After all of this, it turned out to be the capacitor! No obvious signs of wear or damage on the connections, so I can only assume it had a short lifespan by a design fault? Time will tell how long the Xing2's will last after being partially fried! Man they feel buttery smooth compared to the T-Motors. #fpv #dronerepair #diydrone
