According to the complaint, the ambulance became non-functional about a year ago. It is alleged that a local leader took the vehicle from the driver and later dismantled it to sell its parts. Residents have recorded videos showing the ambulance in pieces and submitted them as evidence. The accused has denied the allegations of selling the ambulance.
