Chicken Angara Biryani | Smoky & Flavorful Homemade Biryani Aaj main aap sab ke saath share kar rahi hoon bahut hi tasty aur smoky Chicken Angara Biryani ki recipe. Is biryani ka taste bilkul restaurant jaisa aur bahut hi flavorful hota hai. Agar aap ek baar try karenge to zaroor pasand aayegi. INGREDIENTS (Chicken Marinade) 1.25 kg Chicken 7–8 Green Chillies (crushed) 2 tbsp Garlic Paste 1½ tsp Ginger (grated) Salt to taste 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Biryani Masala 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder 250 g Yogurt (Dahi) 2 Medium Tomatoes (crushed) Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) 4 Onions (brown fried – Barista) ½ cup Oil ¼ tsp Orange Food Color ANGARA BIRYANI MASALA (Homemade) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Whole Coriander 2–3 Cinnamon Sticks 2 Black Cardamom 5 Green Cardamom 5 Cloves ¼ tsp Black Pepper 2 Bay Leaves In sab ko halka roast karke fine powder bana lein. RICE INGREDIENTS Basmati Rice (same quantity as chicken) Cloves Green Cardamom Cinnamon Stick Black Pepper Green Chillies Fresh Coriander Ghee Lemon Juice Salt to taste METHOD Sabse pehle chicken mein green chilli, garlic paste, ginger, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, haldi, biryani masala, black pepper powder, dahi, crushed tomato, hara dhaniya aur fried onions daal kar mix kar lein. Ismein homemade angara biryani masala aur orange food color bhi add karein. Sab cheezon ko achhi tarah mix karein aur chicken ko overnight marinate kar dein. Agar time kam ho to kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye marinate kar sakte hain. Basmati rice ko 2 ghante pehle soak kar dein. Phir pani mein cloves, elaichi, cinnamon, kali mirch, green chilli, hara dhaniya, ghee aur lemon juice daal kar boil karein. Jab pani boil ho jaye to rice add karein aur 75% tak cook karein. Ab ek pan mein thoda oil daal kar marinated chicken add karein aur low flame par lagbhag 30 minutes tak cook karein jab tak chicken 70–75% tak cook na ho jaye. Layering ke liye ek patila lein. Sabse pehle rice ki ek layer lagayein. Uske upar saara chicken daal dein. Phir upar se rice ki second layer lagayein. Upar se 2 tbsp rice ka pani, food color, hara dhaniya aur fried onions daal dein. Ab patile ko cover karke 20–25 minutes dum par pakayein. Aapki delicious Chicken Angara Biryani ready hai.
