Only then i would be organised for the rest of the day. I had no idea what to cook. Totally forget to mention in the video, and am sorry Sahil. Yes, Sahil is my lil brother ( Cousin ) who asked me to show some recipes that he and his friends could prepare being in their room. They are a bunch of CA students who love to cook food, but the easiest way. I didn't have the ingredients for preparing a proper meal, so did everything from scratch and i must say, u need to try out, coz it no way compensate on the taste. Hope you all are staying safe. Please take care, be safe, stay home and most important, BE HAPPY. ------------------------- SPANISH OMELETTE ( starts from 00:56 ) - Onion - 3 small Potato - 3 small Sausage/Shredded chicken - 1 cup Mixed herbs / Zaatar / Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 - 3 tbsp Oil/Butter - 2 - 3 tbsp Egg - 4 Salt Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Cheese to spread on top - 1/2 cup or 4 slices -------------------------------------- COOKER CHICKEN BIRIYANI ( starts from 04:20 minutes ) - Basmati rice - 2 cups Hot water - 3 cups ( double the amount of rice minus 1 cup if you are not adding curd. You will have to minus 2 cups water if you want to add curd ) Chicken - 1/4 - 1/2 kg Onion - 2 small Tomato - 2 small ( sorry i mentioned 3 in video, i took 2 small ) Ginger crushed - 1/2 tbsp Garlic crushed - 1 tbsp Green chillies - 4 - 6 Ghee - 2 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp Salt Coriander leaves chopped ( optional ) --------------------------------------------- QUICK PAN PIZZA - ( starts from 07:30 minutes ) - Pizza sauce : Ketchup - 3 tbsp Garlic chopped - 2 cloves Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp Sugar - 1/4 tsp Salt Vinegar - 1/2 tsp Pizza All-purpose flour / Maida - 2 cups + more for kneading Baking powder - 2 - 2.5 tsp Salt Curd / Yoghurt - 1 cup Mozarella cheese - enough to make the pizza cheeeeezzyy !!
