Keep aside for further use. For Filling In a bowl add chopped cashew nuts, peanuts, grated coconut, sendha namak, sugar, green chillies and mix everything properly, keep aside for further use. For Assembling Vrat Ka Pattice Take a portion of the potato dough and spread in your hands and then add a heaped spoonful of the filling in the centre and close it up. Now give it a proper tikki shape then roll in the desiccated coconut properly, then repeat this process with the rest of the dough. To fry the pattice, heat ghee in a pan and place the prepared pattice and fry them until golden brown and crispy from both sides on medium heat.
