When I was in college, there was a summer where I injured my embouchure and my playing ability reverted back to being a beginner! I had no range. My sound was really bad and I couldn't play longer than 5 minutes! Playing these 7 exercises at a soft dynamic helped build my trumpet embouchure back to normal...even though it took all summer to achieve.
