Hiking Up Hawnby Hill And Beyond - North Yorkshire Moors

Welcome back to another video. This week we venture to the lovely North Yorkshire Moors to a little place called Hawnby. The scenery was outstanding and the trail was very quiet. It is one of the quietest places we've walked in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. We saw hardly anyone, all day long! It was great!. The walk is 8.8-miles long. The route starts and finishes in the village of Hawnby, located on the western side of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The route is a lovely route, with a great variety of scenery. The walk starts with a quick incline up to the summit of Hawnby Hill. After the climb, you head across the ridge, down the other side of the hill, through wooded areas, onto moorland, and through more wooded areas.
