I talk about this crazy policy on buying a car in Beijing since 2011. Based on the meaning of this policy,literally , I set it up the way that I picture it in my head how it would be, in order to paint you the process of “Yáo Hào”. Of course , you know, and I know, with all the modern technology nowadays, numbers are not numbers on tennis balls, and the balls are not put in a shoe box. 🤣They are all done by machines, computers, internet etc,etc. But I want to paint you the picutre that is in my head ! I have heard my Beijing friends waiting to buy a car for years, and thought, that’s kind of unique how it is so random, you might never get chosen.
