‘Aadmi’ is a 1968 drama/romance film that beautifully portrays the true essence of friendship, loyalty, love, and sacrifice. Directed by A. Bhimsingh, the movie stars Dilip Kumar, Waheeda Rehman, and Manoj Kumar in lead roles. It is said to be a remake of a 1962 Tamil film. The film explores the complexities of emotions through the lives of two friends. The story revolves around three characters. Rajesh (played by Dilip Kumar) comes from a wealthy family and, in his childhood, was deeply in love with a girl named Meena. He cherishes a doll in her name as a symbol of his love and holds himself responsible for a past mistake. Rajesh also provides financial help to Meena’s father, Girdharilal, to ensure the marriage of Meena’s elder sister, Parvati, to Prem, the son of the wealthy merchant Mayadas (played by Pran). Rajesh introduces Meena to his closest friend, Dr. Shekhar (played by Manoj Kumar), and soon arranges their engagement. However, an unfortunate car accident leaves Rajesh disabled, confining him to a wheelchair. It is during this difficult phase that he discovers an affair between Shekhar and Meena. Will Rajesh embrace his friend’s happiness, or will his friendship turn into enmity? दोस्ती और वफ़ादारी, प्यार और बलिदान का सही मायना दिया है 1968 में रिलीज हुई 'आदमी', एक ड्रामा/रोमांस फिल्म है। जिसे डायरेक्ट ए. भीम सिंह ने किया है। इस फिल्म में दिलीप कुमार, वहीदा रहमान और मनोज कुमार ने लीड रोल किया था। ऐसा बताया जाता है कि यह 'आदमी' फिल्म 1962 की एक तमिल फिल्म का रीमेक है। फिल्म में दोस्ती, प्यार और बलिदान के सही मायने क्य़ा है उसे दो दोस्ते के रुप में दिखाने की एक कोशिश है। फिल्म आदमी की कहानी तीन लोगों की ज़िंदगी से जुड़ी है। राजेश (दिलीप कुमार) जो बहुत अमीर परिवार से तालुख रखता है और बचपन में वह मीना नाम की एक लड़की से प्यार करता था। जिसके नाम की गुडिया बचपन से अपने पास रखा हुआ और बरसों पहले हुई किसी भूल के लिए खुद को जिम्मेजदार मानता है। यहां तक कि वह मीना के पिता गिरधारीलाल को कुछ पैसे भी देता है ताकि वह अपनी बड़ी बेटी पार्वती की शादी साहूकार मायादास (प्राण) के बेटे प्रेम से कर सके। वही मीणा को अपने करीबी और सबसे अच्छे दोस्त डॉ. शेखर (मनोज कुमार) से मिलवाता है और जल्द ही मीणा से उसकी सगाई करवा देता है। इसके बाद, राजेश और मीणा के साथ मोटरकार दुर्घटना हो जाती है। इसमें राजेश विकलांग हो जाता है और उसे विल्हचैर पर बैठना पड़ता है। तभी राजेश को पता चलता है कि शेखर और मीणा के बीच अफेयर चल रहा है। क्या राजेश अपने दोस्त की दोस्ती में खुश रहेगा या फिर दोस्ती दुश्मनी में बदलेगा?
