Earlier, the questionnaire feedback deadline was 16 March, but it has been extended. This extension is a final opportunity for stakeholders to submit their views on the 18-question questionnaire before the window closes. What is the OG Phase? OG Phase means the Commission is collecting opinions and suggestions before it finalizes its recommendations. This is the stage where your feedback can influence the direction of future pay, allowances, pension and broader service-condition reforms. Once the OG Phase closes, the Commission moves forward with analysis and drafting, so late inputs may not be considered. Who can submit feedback? This process is not limited to only serving central government employees. The Commission has invited inputs from: Central Government ministries and departments State Governments and Union Territories Government employees (Central/UT/State) Judicial officers and court staff Members of regulatory bodies Associations, unions, federations of serving and retired employees Pensioners’ organizations (including defence, railways, postal and others) Researchers, academics and subject experts Interested citizens/general public Confidentiality and how analysis happens: A key point mentioned is that responses will not be published with individual names. The analysis will be done on an aggregate basis, meaning the Commission will study the overall trend and majority patterns without attributing answers to a specific person. Two different links/categories for submission: A general stakeholder link for individuals, pensioners, associations, experts and most participants A separate link for authorized/nominated nodal officers (for ministries/departments/UTs and offices under their administrative control) Most important rule: Submissions will be accepted ONLY through the MyGov portal. No paper-based copies, email submissions, or PDF attachments will be accepted. If you want your feedback to count, you must submit through the portal before the deadline. Final deadline: Tuesday, 31 March 2026. After this date, the window will close and your feedback will not be taken. Watch till the end to understand: What the OG Phase is and why it is crucial Who is eligible to submit feedback Why your name will not be disclosed (aggregate analysis) The difference between general and nodal officer submission links Why only MyGov submissions will be considered 8th Pay Commission, 8th CPC OG Phase, opinion gathering phase 8th CPC, 8th pay commission last date 31 March 2026, 8th CPC questionnaire 18 questions, MyGov 8th CPC feedback, central government employees pay commission, pensioners feedback 8th CPC, judicial staff pay commission, associations unions federations 8th CPC, public feedback pay commission, Sainik Welfare News 8thPayCommission, 8thCPC, OGPhase, OpinionGathering, MyGov, PayCommissionUpdate, CentralGovernmentEmployees, Pensioners, StateGovernmentEmployees, JudicialStaff, Associations, Unions, Researchers, Academics, PublicFeedback, SainikWelfareNews Our AIM is to serve the nation.
