Slow Melodic Ambient Relaxing Buchla Music Easel live performance – relaxing synthesizer music

I have spent some time with the fabulous Meta Expander for the Buchla Music Easel. This slower, melodic Buchla Music Easel piece – if you want, my first Jamuary2021 contribution – is starting slowly but picks up speed, and is short and sweet. The patch itself is stock full of interesting ideas. I should probably document them better, but for a start, it is using one of my tricks that I developed for Jamuary 2020, which is using a pulse to Midi clock converter to feed the pulse out of the Meta expander back into the Midi in of the 218 and thus use the arpeggiator in time and with subdivisions (in this jam, only using it to double the clock speed). Another big contributor to the patch is the Meta mixer, fed with the pulse of the sequencer, the levels of the sequencer and noise, and get the result to select the gate 2 routing. This way, by changing the mix, I can influence the sounds I get, including some percussive noises etc. Lots of possibilities. Enjoy!
