Mismatched Borders

Today, watch as I add borders to a Yellow Brick Road quilt....that are mismatched! I'm breaking rules left and right, but it all works out in the end. This is another donation quilt that I've created by cleaning out my stash of fat quarters and other left-over material. In true Sherri style, I've had to mix and match fabrics for the borders, which come together in another happy accident. Pattern: Yellow Brick Road by Atkinson Designs Fabric: Batik, Fat quarters, Special thanks to: Kate from THE LAST HOMELY HOUSE for the idea of quilt bunnies to catch the thread at the beginning and end of a seam. I think I may start calling them QUILT MICE since they have so many tails!
