Wildlife captured by camera traps in proposed Kwa National Park, Liberia

Wildlife filmed during a biomonitoring study using camera traps carried out by the Wild Chimpanzee Foundation in the proposed Kwa National Park, Liberia. Filmed were, for example, the critically endangered western chimpanzee, the African forest elephant, pygmy hippopotamus and many others. The WCF Liberia team is grateful to its partners in Liberia, in particular the Forestry Development Authority, who has been by WCF’s side for the implementation of all projects.
