I broke my number one rule of travel. Kuta to Ubud.

I broke my number one golden rule of travel today which is never eat at a place you haven't tried before if you are traveling the following day. Today i woke up with cramps and lose movements suggesting what I'd eaten the night before wasn't sitting too well - and I was going to be stuck in a minivan for a couple hours which can course embarrassment. On the trip from Kuta to Ubud I share the minivan with Sophie and Charles who are two english people on a three month trip through Southeast Asia. I ask them what travel might hold for them going forward into the future. Once I arrive in Ubud I walk two kilomtres to my usual guesthouse picking up some lunch along the way as well as bits and pieces I'll need for coffee in the morning. It was a great travel day going from Kuta to Ubud.
