A decade after, Ambassador Singh a key architect of the evolving US-India strategic partnership reflects on the robustness of the relationship and the extraordinary transformation of US-India ties, from the signing of the Civil Nuclear Agreement in 2008 to the creation of the US-India Compact and US-India TRUST in 2025.
