1983: All Eyes On Biscayne Bay With Christo's vision fully realized, South Floridians admired the artwork, argued about it, and figured out how to capitalize on Miami's newest attraction. In this clip WTVJ reporter Robyn Carter reports on local businesses turning pink to green with helicopter and boat tours centered on "Surrounded Islands." That's after some b-roll of the project seen from the air and of locals looking on. Note: Some of these clips show evidence of playback issues. This is a feature of the archival video sources from which the clips are derived. The clips are from the following original newstapes: 588-39, 588-46, 589-09.
