LINK to KitchenAid: https://amzn.to/418yff0 Hi Guys, today I’m reviewing the KitchenAid Rotor Slicer/Shredder. This is an attachment that you use with your KitchenAid Stand Mixer. There are 4 cones that come in the box. They are marked with numbers. No. 1 is the fine shredder. No. 2 is the coarse shredder. No. 4 is the thin slicer and No. 6 is the thick slicer. All of these can be used for vegetables and some for cheese, nuts, bread and chocolate. I’ll use each of them so you can see how they work. This is the housing that you attach to the KitchenAid Mixer. Unscrew the attachment knob, remove the cover, put the shaft housing in. The pin should fit into the notch. Screw in the attachment knob. First we’ll use the No. 1 fine shredder. Attach the shaft to the cone, put the square end in the opening and turn clockwise to lock. Move the cone into the housing and lock.
