Portishead Town Council 230518 Failure to Post Notice of Extraordinary Meeting stumps Pasley & Oyns

I am being clearly meddlesome in this video. (May as well live up to David Pasley’s description of me). The meeting is upstairs and three residents are up there already with all the councillors, but having listened to David Pasley and David Oyns in the entrance earlier, wondering why it is not listed on the notice board and questioning if it is actually on, I could not resist recording them. Neither lowered them selves to speak to a mere resident to ask for assistance. No wonder neither could find an alternative site for the skatepark as they promised if they cannot even locate the room for the meeting. David Oyns has the agenda in his hand but cannot understand the empty hall and notice board. David Pasley says he will call someone. The Clerk is actually sat in the room upstairs with everyone else!
