There was a recent incident with the Big Spring PD-Citizens caught one of their Officers on video abusing a young lady. This caught my attention (the abuse-not the young lady) and since my Panhandle Tour had me close by I decided to pop in for a visit to see how they really are. The PD is housed along side the Sheriffs Depts o I was forced to visit them both. This video depicts what I found when I dropped by to visit...unannounced.
