Edit April 1st, 2024: This video was made with Tiktok in mind, so it's very fast, but I am currently working on making a longer form one for Youtube. If you've struggled with how to get ribbon brushes in CSP to wrap perfectly, here's the secret! Convert your layer to image material layer and enable tiling. Step 1: Make your ribbon on a canvas set to grayscale Step 2: merge the layers you want to tile Step 3: Select the entire canvas and right click your desired layer and select "Convert Layer" Step 4: In the dropdown click "Image Material Layer" and hit okay Step 5: In the upper right operations menu, go to the objects panel and scroll down until you see the tiling checkbox. Check the box. Step 6: Deselect everything and drag your layer how you want. Step 7: Rasterize your image material layer and fill in your blank space. Step 8: Register your material to make your brush tip as you normally would. Step 9: Create your brush with the ribbon check box selected and enjoy!
