Install the macro automatically with the Triquetra Tool Box and then it's a simple one button click in UCCNC to start the process of setting an accurate and repeatable XYZ zero. There are six different zeroing options to choose from, each with the option to zero to the top of your waste board or the top of your work piece, and all the calculations are done inside the macro. There are no complicated settings to configure. Search and probe feed rates are automatically calculated based on your specific machine settings to provide you with the optimum rates and accuracy. It is very easy to set up and only needs to be done once. Just click the Probe button and answer simple questions like "What is your bit diameter and other Yes or no type questions. From the Probe button click to the start of probing takes less than 30 seconds and that is if you are taking your sweet time getting there!! This video is for absolute beginners and advanced users.
