It’s that when the lows get low, Bungie developers will always find a way to throw a hail mary & drop one of the best pieces of content of all time. “This will be easy bro” “it’s just a dungeon” “no way bungie makes this tough” were thoughts around the Destiny community. So in true bungie fashion.. They dropped a Deep Stone Crypt dungeon that was the HARDEST they ever made, even surpassing some raids in the series for worlds first time! While time isn’t the only factor in the community's judgment of a raid or dungeon, time was ticking for one team seeking to claim world's first.. That’s right.. This was the first dungeon to offer a worlds first reward & the first one with a contest modifier.. With thousands of eyes watching racers all over the world compete for decorated bracelets, jackets, emblems, exotics, and perhaps even a real life exotic..This is a story you will want to watch to the end to believe! Welcome to Vespers Host & the World's first race to defeat the Corrupted Puppeteer! Since Atraks-1 is back in the dungeon, I figured it best to bring back a design inspired by her awesome design!
