As a musician, I feel like I owe a lot to their two amazing albums, A Long Time Listening and Destrier. Here's a really fun bassline from Agent Fresco's magnificent second album. Crazy to think that the album is almost 10 years old now! I'm sure their third album will drop anyday now and will surely be just as impactful to me as the other two were. Recorded in a single take (video and audio recorded simultaneously, with no cuts or overdubs, "pseudo-live") on Cubase 12, using Guitar Rig 7 and NeuralDSP Parallax X (plus some compression and EQ) for the bass tone.
