Kalna or Ambika Kalna is a town in the Purba Bardhaman district of West Bengal. The city is more popularly known as Ambika Kalna, named after the goddess Kali, Maa Ambika. In this video, I have shown you the major attractions of Kalna like the Rajbari Complex which has many tempples like Krishna Chandra Mandir, Pratapeswar Temple, Lalji Temple, etc. Also, I will show you the famous 108 Shiv Mandir of Kalna and Ma Ambika Siddheswari Kalibari. While coming back we saw the famous Sen Bari Durga Pujo of Guptipara as well. How to reach Kalna - By Train: Kalna is almost 80 km away from the city of Kolkata. You can also reach here by taking the Horwah-Katwa local train and get down in Ambika-Kalna station. You can then take a Toto (e-rikshaw) from the station to visit the various spots. By road, Kalna can be accessed from Krishnanagar, Katwa, Bandel, Pandua, Bainchi, Memari and Bardhaman. Public buses are available in this route.
