To make the sauce, sautéed crushed garlic and diced chilli in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, and 1/3 cup of chicken water, let it bubbles and reduce for 5 mins Pour it over rice and chicken, serve with some sautéed broccolini.
