This video is meant to accompany the video, "Gas Stations in the 1940s [Colorized Version]" (Released on the same date at the same time as kind of a test between the black & white vs. the colorized version.) In this version, we also explore the gas stations and service stations in the 1940s, but the images in this video are in their original form of black & white. Some people prefer these original images, while others enjoy the way that colorization can sometimes make the photos look more current and "lifelike."
