This is a Benirus Manor home overhaul. adds light, furniture, accessories and NPCs that you can trade with to breathe new life into an otherwise dead and incredibly dark home. you can now SEE lol and ive added display cases and glass pane countertops, extra chests and spell/enchant tables. and did what detail work i can with the limited CS static item usage. NPC Details: merchant NPCs wont be at your place immediately. it may take them a day or two to get home. once home they are there to stay *unless you kill them. Ayleid Coffer next to your throne chair isnt for storage. its gifts from your Maiden. Maiden and Guard are both merchants, you can buy and sell items with them. Guard roams around the house keeping watch while the maiden has a daily routine of eating, sleeping, reading, potion crafting and both NPCs will chat with eachother when crossing paths.
