Pepsi Tesla Truck almost Side swipes me. Is there a driver even in the truck?

I was traveling SB down Bradshaw Road approaching Elder Creek when the Pepsi Tesla truck started coming into my lane. They almost hit my car. I honked the horn but the driver didn't respond quickly. I couldn't even tell if there was a driver in the truck. Scary. The time stamp is off. It happened on 03052024 at 1337 hour here in Sacramento Ca I tried to complain to Pepsi and they gave me the run around and said nothing could be done. How ridiculous is that.
