What a week of contrasts! We start off enjoying a long weekend in Bucharest, and end up back in the dust of the renovation house! ✈️➡️🔨 Part 1: Bucharest City Break 🇷🇴 We flew from Leeds Bradford for a 4-day trip to Romania. We hit up the famous Therme Spa (it is huge!), played some escape rooms (market research!), ate incredible food, and even found a golf simulator. Part 2: Back to Business 🍸 It was straight back to work at the distillery. We are running a massive batch of Rhubarb Gin, which means processing kilos of fruit and running the still to get that perfect flavour profile. Part 3: Dad Duties & Renovation 🏠 The week finishes with birthday prep for my son and getting back on the tools at the renovation house. The kitchen is coming together, but there are always more jobs to do!
