I'm going to show you how to read their mind in just 4 steps. This is your secret - psychic - training. Step 1: Recognise That You've Done This Before (5–30s) You think of someone — and they text. You get a sudden worry — later it turns out something happened. You feel someone staring at you - and turn around to find they are. You can read minds, an ability called extrasensory perception or mental telepathy. Now the reason why you might'nt be able to do it more frequently, is that you've probably dismissed past experiences as coincidence. And when we do that, we are telling our mind to stop reading minds. So step 1 is to say: Yes I can read people's minds. I've done it before and I can do it again. Step 2: Look in their eyes When you want to read someone's mind it starts with their eyes. Make direct eye contact when you talk to them. I can't overstate the importance of this. It's the first thing I do when I start a reading for a client. Hold their gaze, even if it feels uncomfortable for them. The eyes are the window to the mind, and looking in the window is like pairing two blue tooth devices. You are connecting your frequencies. So think eye contact - you are pairing with their mind like a blue tooth device. Step 3: Set your intention Once you've finised talking to them, say in your head: “Please show me what you think about ..." Make it really specific. Do you have romantic feelings for me? Do you plan on promoting me? Step 4: Get on with your day. Forget about the person, forget about your question. But watch for thoughts that don’t belong to you. You’re focused on a task — driving, cooking, typing — and a random thought pops into your mind. You weren't thinking about your boss - at all - and suddenly he turns up in your mind, smiling at you, nodding. There's your answer. Mind reading is more of an art form, because sometimes the thoughts can be abstract, and personal, but you'll figure it out. Now the more you practice this, the faster the results, I usually get feedback immediatley, but I do this for a living, so I'm doing it all day. Mostly, give yourself 12-24 hours for the thoughts to flow. Really important tip: Step 5: How to tell if it’s your thought or theirs Check how the message arrive in your mind: Thoughts that are your own tend to be consecutive, you think of this, which leads to that. Your own thoughts push in, they carry emotion. When you're reading someone elses mind, the thoughts come to you out of the blue, non-sequential, you weren't thinking about that person at all. Mind reading thoughts tend to arrive suddnely, mid-taks. They are neutral, little emotion, and don’t chase your attention. They're more gentel. Closing Mind reading isn’t about control. A mind that doesn’t want to be read can’t be. It’s about noticing what passes between people — and trusting yourself enough to pay attention.
