Clear clean water,fresh air,tall mountains,waterfalls, forest experience , chill climate and less crowded.Rubber is the main cultivation.Pineapple is also cultivating. Roads are not good. Best place for riders and bachelors. Totally two known waterfalls kuttiyar falls and iratta aruvi falls and some waters streams can be seen. We can see a lot of varieties of birds if we spent more time.So it's a better place for photographers too. Tamilnadu government's Rubber board and Electricity board is functioning there Apart from all these,mainly current is producing from here by two power houses.Local people's are not allowed inside without permission. Only one Canteen is there for having food.Food is preparing for the staffs and local people's.It's better to order food before u arrive.The rate and taste is moderate.
