Christmas Day: The end of the weather forecast, "Sommersby" trailer, Friday lineup including "Big Break", "Dad's Army", "Only Fools and Horses", "The Firm", "Jackie Mason at the London Palladium", then "Glengarry Glen Ross" & "Revenge of the Pink Panther" continuity, continuity to "The Morcambe & Wise Christmas Show"* Boxing Day (3:00): "One Foot in the Grave Christmas Special" trailer, "Last of the Summer Wine" trailer, "Common as Muck" trailer, continuity & intro to "One Foot in the Grave Christmas Special", a trailer for "Richard Wilson Way Out West", and finally continuity to & start of BBC News with Peter Sissons (the tape ends here). Some of the clips are already on YouTube in better quality but anyway this is my Christmas selection. *I originally included the intro and outro but it was blocked for viewing in the UK by the BBC & YouTube's Content ID system. I mentioned it as Eric & Ernie are a staple of Christmas TV viewing in the UK and it would be remiss of me not to. The outro for another programme was also blocked worldwide because my short clip obviously would have lost them substantial revenue if it were shared - therefore I will not offer them free publicity by mentioning the programme's name as they can certainly afford to pay for it now.
