You have to go to ten of those locations and step on a specific spot in order to trigger a call. The locations are: Nimbasa City Driftveil City Mistralton City (not shown in this, sorry; middle of the runway) Lentimas Town Undella Town Lacunosa Town Route 5 Route 6 Route 7 Route 9 Route 11 Route 12 Route 13 Route 14 Route 16 This video shows the exact spots to step on for all of those, although you only need to step on ten spots before she'll ask to meet in Nimbasa City's Ferris wheel. Give her back the Dropped Item and then you'll be able to call her. For calls 11-50, you need to visit the locations listed above, but you do NOT have to step on a specific spot; instead, you need to check your Xtransceiver item. If there's a little red scroll bar on the right, it means you can scroll down and call Yancy or Curtis; if there isn't, you'll have to travel to another location on the list above until you find her available to call. After a total of 30 calls (the 10 from earlier and then 20 on your own), you'll meet for a ride on the Ferris wheel. After 40, the sound will cut out once, and then for the 50th call, she'll be wearing her work suit and will hang up almost immediately. Call her back and she'll explain things. IMPORTANT! After that 50th call, YOU NEED TO WAIT A DAY in order for her to trade. Wait a day (or set your DS clock to a day forward AND to 23:59, then wait two minutes in-game), then return to one of the locations listed above and call her and she'll offer to meet and trade Pokemon with you. She'll trade for whichever Pokemon you offer her, so offer something weak. Playing along is recommended and is extremely enjoyable as it will provide step-by-step walkthrough instructions as well as a "Lets Play".
