This is the MOC 12 Buff: At the start of every Wave or Cycle, apply Memory Imprint to an enemy target of elite level or higher. This effect lasts until the start of the next Cycle. "Memory Imprint" is a special kind of Burn effect. The holders of this effect receive Burn DoT at the start of each turn. When ally targets use their Skill Attacks on a target with "Memory Imprint," they will deal DMG equal to 300% of the attacker's ATK to the target and adjacent targets. My general assessment is that the new character are still quite average. In terms of damage threshold around 300av (1 run - 0 cycle), they’re still limited compared to the DPS characters released in version 3. This is understandable, as most current DPS units already have well-established teams. It’s likely that the release of Cerydra will be what truly unlocks Phainon’s full potential. As of v2, he still feels rather underwhelming compared to the general standard of the version 3 DPS roster. #phainon #honkaistarrail
