Finally!!! Advanced AI for Crysis 2 The Goal: I wanted to create enemy AI that would be lethal, accurate, super aggressive, and just as challenging as it would be playing against online players. I've searched the web often to find this kind of mod, but none really exist. This is only the beta, and much enhancing to be done over time, but hopefully people will definitely enjoy this. The Mod: Incorporates a three part system... Custom Config, Entities, and Flowgraphs. There are 7 classes of AI... -Cover -Chaser -Camper -Sniper -Flanker -Stalker -Grenader The Chaser: These guys will simply chase you till you're dead. They won't slow down, they won't bullshit with you, but they'll still be smart and will keep you on the run until you die. The Cover: These guys will pursuit you cautiously, ducking, hiding, and simply staying in cover until they take you down. The Camper: These guys merely stay in one spot, but shoot the living shit out of you, continuously, with their extended rounds machine guns. The Stalker: These guys are similar to the Chasers, BUT, they will come up on you super fast, around a corner, sneak up on you, and FUCK YOU UP. The Grenader: These guys are a bitch! They circle around you relentlessly, and launch their grenades at will, until you are toast. The Flanker: These guys don't take the straight approach. Instead, they want to sneak around you, work in pairs, stay distant, and just flank you to the point when they're ready to light you up. The Sniper: These guys are Snipers. Yes, the ones that piss us off in games BF3 or MW3 or ANY SHOOTER. And yes we still gotta take them out. But these snipers aren't noobs. If he misses taking your head off, he relocates. Then tries to splatter your face again. Then relocates again. In the heat of battle, this is the pain in YOUR DICK. The Gameplay: Using the DR Mod (Definitive Realism mod) ...super immersive... Ultra DX11 HD I'm playing the Downtown map with the Chaser, Cover, Grenader, Flanker, and Stalker AIs, while playing in Normal difficulty (aka Soldier). There are 25 enemies deployed. Part of my custom config is that all difficulties are set to full lethality mode. The only difference switching from easy (Recruit) difficulty or Post-Human Warrior is the alive time. *Notice I don't use cloak or armor in this demonstration.
