Piccoli Passi - Distortion on a Gibson Es175 - Zoom G5n

This song is called "Piccoli Passi" and is dedicated to my daughter. I wrote it with her first steps in mind, so the song is cyclical and seems to have neither a beginning nor an end. In this interpretation I decided to use a soft, distorted sound on my Zoom G5n pedalboard, perhaps a strange solution for a Gibson es175 jazz guitar. My approach to jazz guitar is usually centered around finding something close to the human voice, trying to sing the notes and so I decided to keep the tone of my Gibson es175 a little darker (tone 7-8) by using the pickup at the neck and the distortion I chose on my Zoom G5n is not a complete distortion but only has 23% gain. So I used my daw (Logic) to record my Gibson es175 jazz guitar and used the equalizer to add more brightness on some frequencies. I also added some reverb.
