Using the Regan spoke press to assemble a Model T Ford wheel. Since making this video I learned a couple of things. John Regan pointed out that bolting the felloe in place is wrong. As the nut is tightened down, the spokes will automatically center it. I found that the cardboard collar is a good idea, as it holds the spokes up even if you lift the hub a little bit to get them in. But the paper cylinder under the collar is not needed. If the hole in the cardboard is cut a little smaller than the hub it will stay on by itself. But just to be sure, you can add a little duct tape to keep it on.
