In the third video of this ten part drupal video tutorial series on the Views module, we look at View menu tabs, view permissions, view headers and footers and view pagers. In doing so, I show you how to create a normal Drupal menu tab so site visitors can find your content. I also show you how to create sub menu tabs to filter your content. So, in this video, we recreate our All Dog Images view and then create two new pages within that View, each for Susie and Bailey photos. I then show you how to override page filters so we can ensure only Bailey and Susie photos are shown on their specific pages and the we create the menu tabs for them. This allows us to avoid cluttering up our site's main menu. From there, we take a look at permissions and I show you how to restrict your views to only authenticated users if you were created a membership site. Headers and Footers are up next where we look at embedding a view within a view, so placing a view in our page header, and using counters / global text. Additionally, near the end of the video, I show you how you can pull in excluded fields into the header and footer that I mentioned in tutorial two.
