Cookie Cup Shots Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Makhan (Butter) 150 gms (room temperature) -Brown sugar powdered ½ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1/3 Cup -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Vanilla essence 1 & ½ tsp -Anda (Egg) 1 (room temperature) -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Chocolate chips ½ Cup -Cooking chocolate 120 gms Directions: -In bowl,add butter and beat until fluffy. -Add brown sugar,caster sugar,salt and beat until well combined. -Add vanilla essence,egg and beat well. -Add all-purpose flour,chocolate chips and mix well with the help of the spatula and let it rest for 5 minutes. -Grease your hands with oil,take prepared dough,make a ball and place inside the silicon mold. -Press gently with another mold and form the cookie cups inside the molds,making the walls of the cookie cup about 1/4 inch thick and weight down the mold with anything heavy.Repeat with all molds (makes 7-8). -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes. -Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. -Remove cookie cups from the molds. -Melt cooking chocolate in microwave and pour the melted chocolate into the well of each cookie cups. -Pour the excess chocolate back into the bowl and refrigerate until use. -Pour coffee & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Makhan (Butter) 150 gms (room temperature) -Brown sugar powdered ½ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1/3 Cup -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Vanilla essence 1 & ½ tsp -Anda (Egg) 1 (room temperature) -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Chocolate chips ½ Cup Directions: -Bowl mein makhan dal dein aur fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein. -Brown sugar,bareek cheeni aur namak dal dein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Vanilla essence aur anda dal ker dubara beat ker lein. -Maida aur chocolate chips dal dein aur spatula ki madad sa ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 5 minutes kliya rakh dein. -Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur tayyar dough ko la ker ball bana lein aur silicon mold mein dal dein. -Dosray mold ki madad sa gently press ker ka mold ka ander cookie cups bana lein aur cookie cups ki walls ¼ inch thick huni chahiya aur mold ka ander heavy weights dal dein.Aisay he dosray molds tayyar ker lein (makes 7-8). -Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein. -Oven sa nikal lein aur completely thanda ker lein. -Cookie cups ko molds sa nikal lein. -Cooking chocolate ko microwave mein melt ker lein aur cookie cups mein dal ker pheela lein. -Excess chocolate ko bowl mein nikal lein aur use kernay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein. -Coffee dal ker serve karein.
