In a recent video, I installed some halogen driving lights on my old car. To wire them up, I used a generic relay harness I got on eBay, which is very common and has all the parts I needed. Trouble stuck when I tried to use a different illuminated switch than the one that came in the kit, and I realized I didn't fully understand A) how the switch is supposed to work and B) how a relay works in a car lighting system like this. So I took some time to understand it, and thought this video might help some other people! Keep in mind I am still not an expert, so feel free to add your thoughts in the comments.
