At the end of a letter written by Willie C. White to S. N. Haskell, there's a handwritten postscript by Ellen White which reads, "I approve of the remarks made in this letter." [signed] Ellen G. White. In this letter, Willie clarifies what Ellen White claimed about her inspiration and her writings, such as whether her writings were verbally inspired and whether they should be used as an authority on history. We address implications raised by the contents of the letter and discuss how this should impact the way we, as SDAs , read the writings of a prophet. It was written on very much the same topic. By comparing the two letters, it helps bring out even more clearly what WCW meant by some of his statements. 👉 Letter 61a, 1900 - This is where Ellen describes the work Marian Davis performed. 🔗 https://legacy.egwwritings.org/?ref=e... 👉 Link to a White Estate website write up on Marian Davis. 🔗 https://whiteestate.org/pioneer/davis... 👩💻 Online link to read Arthur L.
