This video defence counsel’s cross-examination of a police witness called by the Crown in a mock trial conducted at the Superior Court of Justice in Windsor, Ontario. Students should pay attention to the style of questions used, particularly as they are juxtaposed to questions posed in examination-in-chief in other videos. Students will also observe evidentiary objections made during the course of examination.
